Black Fathers Empowerment Initiative (BFEI)
The Black Fathers Empowerment Initiative (BFEI) aims to empower Black fathers and future fathers by providing them with access to educational opportunities, job training, and workforce readiness programs that lead to stable, well-paying jobs and foster personal and community growth.
Our initiative addresses immediate economic needs while building a foundation for generational success and empowerment. We believe that by supporting Black fathers, we strengthen families and enrich entire communities.

Program Overview
Educational Advancement
We provide scholarships and financial aid for GED completion, college courses, and graduate studies, partnering with local colleges and online platforms to offer flexible learning opportunities.
Vocational Training
Our program equips Black fathers with practical skills in high-demand fields through training programs in partnership with technical schools and community colleges.
Mentorship Networks
We create mentorship networks linking Black fathers with established professionals for guidance, support, and networking opportunities to foster career development.
