The Educational Equity and Futures Empowerment Initiative (EEFEI) is a visionary program dedicated to addressing systemic disparities in school funding, enhancing educational opportunities through performance-based incentives, and expanding access to quality education via merit-based scholarships.
Our aim is to create a fair, competitive, and supportive education system for all students, regardless of their economic background. Through comprehensive reforms and targeted programs, we're working to ensure that every student has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Program Overview
Reform of Property Tax Funding
We're working to modify the property tax system to create a more equitable funding structure for schools, ensuring that all students have access to quality education regardless of their zip code.
Performance-Based Incentives
Our program provides grants to schools that demonstrate high performance or significant improvement in student outcomes, and offers direct incentives to teachers to foster an environment that rewards educational excellence.
Academic Excellence Scholarships
We provide merit-based scholarships to students for attendance at private schools within the Black community who are not considered poor but still cannot afford quality education for their high-achieving students.
Reform of Property Tax and Public School Funding System
Our objective is to modify the property tax system to create a more equitable funding structure for schools, ensuring that all students have access to quality education regardless of their neighborhood's property values.
Property Tax Reform
